没房产更不用怕了，他们没收了10% 现在一般都会去给中介resale，告你上庭的成本他们也清楚，不划算！鉴于你没有房产，他们也不会告你！逼急了找个律师吓他们，要是再搞我就准备破产材料！

一般不会！现在一般都会退回终结resell！但是之前你购买的中介一定会打电话给你说的很严重！我当时就是不理他，找律师发了一封终止合同就行了！之后开发商还找过我，说还可以降价settle，问我要不要，我说不要！她就说定金就要没收了！也没说要告我！你就算亏5%从新买都比你接着settle划算！现在的价格！
