４月２１号新政，救命啊！

我的学校网申系统里说

这种情况是不是说我的CAS 已经正式开出了，而且assigned 的日期是14/04/2011？这样就符合４月２１号之前开出的CAS适用旧政的条件了吧？
但我的ＣＡＳ里有错误，要是想修改是不是有两种方法？１．加Sponsor Note　　或２．重新开出一个新ＣＡＳ号和一个新CAS吧？
弱弱地问一下，如果是加Sponsor Note会影响我CAS assigned 的日期吗？是不是一旦我的CAS已正式开出，等到哪天再加Sponsor Note都没关系，都不会影响我CAS assigned 的日期？我怕如果加Sponsor Note的日期在４月２１号之后，我CAS assigned 的日期不会就变成修改的那天了吧？那就得按新政执行了，那我必拒无疑啊．
