个人意见，prune juice确实有用，但是也谨慎，我之前也想着给孩子试试，于是我自己先试了一下，结果腹泻了好几天，有的人对这个特别敏感，如果最后造成便秘反而不好，如果真的要试，就从非常少量开始，孩子很多时候反应是很快的
