请问拿了PR应该怎么申请减学费【UQ学生】

现在还在按我留学生时候的算钱呢 1W5000多一个semster
我今天去过UQ啦，给他们看了新的签证 但是他们却说我今年第一个学期可能还要缴1w多 我现在真是很郁闷
他们又让我联系QTAC我也联系过 到现在都没有反应
请问我现在应该怎么做
PS我自己想过 休学半年 但是我也不想浪费时间。对我来说休学算下下策 不想考虑

Citizen和pr福利有什么区别，除了选举权，看不出哪里还有区别。大学就是一个international一个domestic的区别，本科学费差的蛮多的，master差的就不多了，但还是有便宜。本科就是pr和citizen都可以申请政府贷款。

现在FEE-HELP不可以申请，CITLINK很多的补助都不可以申请，前几年PR和CITIZEN都一样的
