You will have your hands on the tools, interacting with clients and ensuring a seamless experience across their journey with the firm.
工作职责 RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work with clients in person and via email / phone, and hand client enquiries from clients and lenders;
? Support clients throughout the overall fact find and application process, with all clients introduce and hand over to you;
? Assist in the preparation of documentation for loan application, and ensure client information is accurate and up to date;
? Actively develop and maintain ongoing relationship with existing and prospect business stakeholders;
? Ensure industry, legislation/compliance, and product knowledge are comprehensive and up to date;
? Actively understand the industry dynamic information, timely grasp client needs;
