有个问题想咨询一下，不知道谁会回答，先万分感激一下。我现在人在阿德等着参加9月底毕业典礼，但是我的学生签证9月15号过期。我毕业典礼结束就回国。就差两周。我需要延长签证吗？不延长会怎么样？如果必须延长，是bridging Visa吗？多少钱，还要体检吗？ 多谢多谢

如果你的学生签证过期的话，请尽快申请续期。否则，当你过期居留的话，那么在5年内你都不可以申请入境旅游，读书等。
你可以尽快向移民局申请一个过桥签证，他们会给你一个过桥签证，让你可以参加毕业礼。

谢谢郑律师，我的visitor visa已经下来了还真快，昨天online填表，今天就下来了，可能是我申请停留的时间短，就1个月，所以这么快，呵呵。再次感谢您的指导
