求教郑律师～租房纠纷如何上诉

今年8月27日刚刚续约，中介还是没有提出任何异议，但是10月26号收到中介来信，让我尽快把客厅中房间拆掉，否则我将会视为毁坏条约，中介将有权把我告到法庭。

请问郑律师中介的行为合不合法？我能够否上诉。
