我以457签证与雇主签证4年合同，现还有一年半到期。于2012年8拿到855 pr这种情况是否可以随时可离开。合同作废

你好，你的签证类别是Subclass 855 – Meat Industry Labour Agreement Visa。
在移民局网站上有具体的解释，签证获得后的义务：

Obligations after the visa is granted：
Once a visa has been granted it is not a visa requirement for the employee to remain with the employer that nominated them. However, the employee may have obligations under their employment contracts or industrial laws which may require an appropriate period of notice to be given to the employer prior to ceasing employment.

也就是说你的855签证并没有强制你必须继续为现在的雇主继续工作，但是你是有义务遵守和雇主签订的合同的。如果你的雇主同意与你解除合同的话，你就随时可以换一个工作，签证是不会受影响的。
