配偶移民 309/100，stage 2 咨询

她的309已经发下来了，是临时pr，我想咨询一下这个签证条款里的Long term relationship，因为我们2013 年9月就在一起了，2014年签了共同账户等等做了以后一起移民的准备，然后2015年6月结的婚，2017年5月递交的申请。我想问我这个应该是符合那个3年长时间感情关系的，但是可能移民局不认可之前的关系所以没有下100? 如果按照我们这样的话，100也是要等2年才能批的吗？谢谢
Long term relationship
If, at the time you apply, you have been in a long term relationship with your partner, your permanent Partner visa (subclass 100) may be granted immediately after the temporary Partner visa (subclass 309).
