主人們可以不要這麼殘忍嗎？？？

EVERYTIME when i passed the pet shop and I see , faces of couple (looks like students , young rich and full of spare time)....normally start this way, GIRL will say oh this cat is so cute, let's buy it, GUY will say oh , ok let's buy.
couple weeks later, OH NO..cat is so stink, look he scratch everything, OR another scenario is...GUY dump the girl. so does the CAT.
I have seen it so many times. so the poor kitten or puppy will be homeless normally just dump to some other friends that does not give a shit.

I strongly recommend that PET SHOP should do a background check and leave their contact detail.

That happens to me when I adopted my cat. The foster family will call me month by month until they confirm that I still have the cat and still care about the cat.
