这种事情还是和室友协商解决比较好。

他们现在是要么给我1800 我bond金拿回来 要么等到明年8月 但我担心他们直接拒绝交后面几个月的房租

这个问题解决有点难度，我提议你和朋友协商，达成一个共识。因为一旦你租约未满之前，bond金是不可以退回的。如果双方坚持下去的话，基本上是解决不了。
