今天就上次的发帖继续提个问题

就是新建的房屋 4年半 卫生间出现慢性渗水问题 保险公司说是建房时瓷砖下面的防水没做好 洗澡时水会从下面慢慢渗向墙体  几次联系builder 第一次接通电话 我陈诉了主要问题  负责人说正在开会 不方便回答问题 第2次打还在开会  接下来2个星期都没人接电话  后来我费了一番周折查到了他们的展示房地点 又陈诉了一下问题  说是有人会联系我去看下房子 要我等电话 有等了10天 没有任何消息 现在我要投诉他们

请问我应该去哪个部门去投诉builder 我有保险公司的报告可以证明是builder的问题

如果你想投诉该Builder的话，你可以去Master Builders Association投诉。他们会跟进有关你的投诉。但一般来说，他们都需要一段很长的时间来处理投诉。
