澳大利亚南澳洲的法律已与其它洲相看齐。任何人士同居超过三个月，便成事实夫妻。

事实夫妻和登记注册夫妻，在分配资产和负债方面是没有任何分别的，就是说明事实夫妻与登记注册夫妻的权利和义务定义上都是一样。

因此，在尚未正式同居的时候，应该委托律师草拟一份婚前资产负债分配协议书，避免出现同居三个月后，成为事实夫妻后，分手随即承担沉重的负债资产负债分配的问题。

事实夫妻是没有证书的。我亦未听到其他州会有证书的！
