我知道这个要求这没有错，但是担心会不会出现什么问题，比如退房时 或者别的什么事

中介是有权要求你提供任何在房间居住超过14天的用户的，因此我觉得这个要求是合理的。
最主要当时你租房的时候有没有说明有没有其他使用者。但是如果房屋是只租给你使用的话，那么你便不可以将这个房屋分租给他人使用。
