郑律师，你好：

请问如果我想在阿德莱德买2手房的话，因为我是第一次买房，能申请政府的First Home Owner Grant吗？
如果可以的话，会有多少呢？可以在settlement之前拿到么？
stamp duty 会有优惠么？
另外如果买2手房的话，需要注意些什么吗？？
如果想请您帮我做过户的话，需要怎么个程序呢（例如我们需要签什么合同么？什么时候付款？等等）？

备注：本人目前在墨尔本。

First Home Owner Grant 只给与澳州永居或公民申请的。而申请人必须在全澳洲没有买过房产。该保贴是在成交后才转给买方的。而买方必须入住该房子作自住用途。最近本律所接到好几宗被起诉的个案，希望大家留意！
本律所的办理过户费用是$550，已包括GST。

你好，郑律师：

我老公是这边的公民，而且我们之前都没有买过房子，如果我们第一次要在阿德莱德买2手房的话，会有政府那个FHOG补贴么？？
因为之前在网站上看是说如果第一次买2手房会有$5000的补贴，但是到今年6月30日就结束了，是真的么？
而且印花税对于第一次买2手房的人会有折扣么？？
