上一年房子一点问题没有 这一年搬家很着急 很多都没有清理
后来agent 发邮件说
-       The carpets need vacuuming and cleaning
-       The single bed in bedroom 2 and wardrobe in bedroom 3 need to removed and disposed of
-       The garage wall is damaged
-       The dining table and chairs require replacing as they were left outside
-       Various walls need to be repainted as well
这些都有问题 然后就说安排去做
我觉得这些都做了也不用花2900多把？
我已经发email问他花钱的清单了

请问这种问题我应该去哪种组织寻求法律帮助呢？ 有没有相关网站可以查到房屋中介的法律呢？
