请教郑律师关于被Local威胁

我昨天在Gumtree上Post一条广告：免费家具，自取
然后有一个Local就发短信预定了，结果他自己开错地址，然后打电话发短信爆粗口，更威胁我说他知道我家住哪里，我没有回骂他，把他设入黑名单，都有短信作证。
今天，我友又放了新的广告在Gumtree，他不知道这Local的号码，然后这Local又发短信威胁我男友说他今天要来，要是我们家没人，他就拿或者砸我们家的东西，直到他觉得够他油钱为止，还威胁要砸我们家的玻璃。也有短信为证。

我们当即报了警，警察叫我们被砸了之后再报警。。。

我们现在能做些什么呢？
总不能等他来砸吧...

他应该不会来了

第一次遇到这种情况，我也不知道该找谁
问同事她们都说报警

群里一女生在Gumtree上卖东西被Local捅了几刀
脑子不正常的鬼佬不少的

我这次发帖出来，万一大家以后也碰到这种暴躁狂型的鬼佬，也大概知道怎么办了
也不至于像我早上那么惶恐

因为你或你的朋友并没有受人身安全的威胁，因此警方是不会受理的。
下次我提议你在gumtree出广告的时候注明先到先得。那麽迟来的人便没有借囗一定要拿这些家居什物来补偿他们的汽油费用。
你的资料不够详尽因此很难给你一个确实的法律意见。但依据你所说的，这个未必构成邢事或民事责任。因此我认为只要下次出广告时列明先到先得类似字眼，将来便不会发生类似误会
