这不是作假，本律师办案都是严格按照法律程序执行的。

分居是指夫妻双方在继续维持其夫妻关系的情况下，停止共同生活，并各自建立属于自己的生活方式的状况。通常情况下，即使夫妻双方仍然同住于一个屋檐下，但只要彼此生活，各不相干，且双方认同这种状态，那么在法律上即可认定为夫妻分居。

所以说在双方认同的情况下，实际分居的时间可以提前很长时间。这并不是作假，而是法律认可的。
