Bottle Shop Retail Assistant 酒类销售店员 白工
We are a global wine and spirits company which headquartered in Sydney. Our store that located in the central of CBD is growing and expending, if you have a passion for the liquor industry than this will be your dream job. This position requires you to be able to a 7 day roster with flexibility when needed. Valid RSA is also essential. 1 – 2 Part-time/Casual role(s) available, working hours are between 10-20 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:
?Contributing to sales revenue performance by engaging DMG customers with creative selling initiatives
?Promoting brand image and showcasing our products and speciality
?Cash handling, cash reconciliation and stock control
?Conducting in store tastings and other promotional activities
?Maintaining store presentation to the highest level
?Adhering to established store policies and procedures
?Handling customer complaints and escalating as appropriate
?Educating Australian consumers about Chinese baijiu

The Successful Applicant will have the following competencies:
?Previous experience in retail or customer service roles will be advantageous
?Excellent presentation and a valid RSA or ready to get it.
?Strong communication skills and work ethic
?Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
?Flexibility to be rostered.
?Bilingual in English and Chinese required
?Have some knowledge about Moutai, Chinese Spirits or Chinese culture
?Passionate and driven, self-regulated

Salary/工资待遇：
Base salary + superannuation+ annual leave
