依据南澳州的遗产法律，遗嘱需要用英文书写，并需要两位见证人见证签名。立遗嘱人和两位见证人必须在每一页遗嘱上签名，并在遗嘱的最后一页写清楚立遗嘱人是在完全自愿且没有任何威逼利诱的情况下，在两位见证人面前签署，此遗嘱方为有效。
一般立遗嘱的律师收费是$200加GST。我提议你找一位律师代你写一份遗嘱，以免将来因遗嘱上的用词不当而导致遗嘱无效而引来不必要的诉讼和纠纷。
