上月中半夜回家,被不开警车的两个警察拦截,让我给他驾驶证,测酒精,我没饮酒,没问题,他们觉得很失望,跟我说你在车上等我们.几分钟后他们来到我车,说你G.P.S.摆错位置,应放右手下边,(我放在中间下边)罚款375.我当即说我马上换正确位置,他们说对不起,已开好单,不能改,这种情况,难道没有办法了吗?只有交钱了吗?感觉这里警察比中国警察还黑呢?谢谢郑律师了.我去警察局根本没用,他说你不服去法庭.
考虑到成本,多数人都会交罚款,警察权力太大了,没人能管.这民主社会还会这样呢?不如社会主义呢.

交通法例规定，GPS必须放在驾驶座的右手边，目的是方便驾驶者观看GPS。
如果GPS放在驾驶室的中央，那么便会影响驾驶员的视线，在交通状况繁忙的情况下，是很容易发生意外的。
在这种情况下，警察可以口头警告，要求你将GPS放在驾驶员的右手边。但是即便他们直接开罚单，这个也没有什么上诉的理据。因为每一位警察都有酌情权，依据当时的情况，决定是开罚单还是警告。
下次如果遇到类似的情况，我提议你对警察语气和态度上稍微客气一些，因为他们有酌情权，也是可以口头警告了事的。
在此，也呼吁新来的同学，因为澳大利亚的驾驶方向和中国是相反的，因此，GPS必须放在驾驶座位的右手边，这样才会比较安全。
