我们建议：
1. 那个人给你的身份证件是假的，你可以到警局去报告FAKE ID,告诉他们你有他的银行账号；
2. https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers 是消费者投诉的网站，看看能否通过他们得到帮助；
3. 试着直接跟GUMTREE 联系。

不管怎么说，网购真的要当心，在澳洲如果在正规提供商购买的商品和服务，作为消费者权益还是受到了很好的保护的。网购的卖家没有登记没有身份认证的话就只能看人品了。
