请教郑律师关于strata 整修drive way收巨款的问题

1，12000澳元，其中5000在已有的funding fee 全部使用 ，剩下的7000元要8个unit平分，我 的unit面积大点，比平分的费用还要多，承担969澳元，是否合理？
2，我在此事上我的unit没有任何改变，我还要承担此费用吗，我知道位于同一块地上面做任何该动要承担费用的，但所翻新的车道和停车地方我的车是不能开进去和停放的，既然如此还要我承担969澳元合理吗，且969澳元是一次付清，不能分期付款、合理吗？
3，我向strata公司表示我目前是低收入 无法承受969澳元，但过去10天都没回应，如到due day 我没付这款是否会收取我的滞留金且将我告上法庭？

住unit的问题是：
1.凡事都要经过strata开会通过， 小数服从多数。如果经过8个units的业主开会，赞成提议后，并要根据strata的提议分摊费用。
这次虽然你没有得到任何好处，但依据strata的规定，你是需要缴付这笔费用的。因此这个没有解释和答辩的理据。如果你有困难缴付这笔费用，可以同strata联络，以分期付款的形式缴付这笔费用，但strata也有权向你追讨利息。
