過戶司説2 到3 星期firb 就可以下來, 但到今天差不多3星期還沒下來,給過戶司email 她也沒回應,
請問一下,
1.其實firb 正常給過戶司申請大約要多久,  
2.我有沒有方法去驗查還有多久firb 才下來,
3.正常找過戶司是否會比自己申請快點?
4.請問有沒有房地產過戶司介紹(有責任的,不會常常找不到及不回應的)
5.其實過尸司主要會幫我代理什麼事,
其實我只想簡簡單單買房字自住.
