拿着你的罚单和能证明你在国内的机票或者护照，直接去fine enforcenment and recovery unit appeal，耐心说明一切，就会免的，这种小事，就不用找郑律师了，在这边只要你有理，就能appeal，别闹心了

你好!
你可以做一份宣誓书，然后将你离开澳洲回中国的出入境章给该政府部门参阅，并向该政府部门解释你当时的情况。
但依据本律师的经验，除非你有足够的理据，否则政府部门是不会受理的。
