如果是追债公司入禀法庭，向你追讨的话，一般来说，他们是有权向银行申请冻结你的账户，然后将账户的钱提取出来作为还款之用。
我提议你尽快找一位律师，拿一点法律的意见，看是否有补救的方法。
再者，因为你已经被人申请了法庭判案，这个是会影响你的信誉的，包括你的信用卡等等。
