请教 郑律师关于食品安全的事宜

鱼油是一版一版的那种，苍蝇不在鱼油颗粒内部，而是在两层塑料之中夹着。应该是最后封装的时候夹杂进去的。

去过pharmacy，staff除了卖力的道歉之外也只是说可以退款，丝毫没有提及前后运输费用的损失。

想请问郑律师这种事情应该如何处理。非常感谢

药房卖魚油给你，假定是在澳大利亚服用，因此它不愿意付你的迲费是可理解的。上到法院亦难追讨。这样的案件，法院是要看合理和有证据的赔偿，不会考虑太间接的损失的。魚油在中国，舉证亦有艰难。
