护照丢失，未能在BVB规定期限返回

家人在等TR签证一直拿着BVA签证
因为临时有事 需要回国，申请了BVB，规定12月1日之前必须入澳洲境
现在国内，护照丢失，补办需要12月2日才能拿到新护照

去了国内的大使馆，申请能否延长在中国期限，得到的答复是：需要在澳洲律师 向澳洲移民局申请
现在等待申请结果
想问下BBS的各位是否有相同情况出现，如果移民局不批准期限延长的后果

现在怎么样做是最好的

然后重新申请一个BVB在澳洲等你TR的审理结果就OK了的。或是600期间TR也一起准签了哦

你办中国护照找公安部出入境管理局，或是联系中国驻澳洲堪培拉总领馆的。你的BVB延期或是澳洲签证事宜，要问澳洲移民局的啊
