因为今天隔壁邻居威胁我，大概意思是我在Shed里做饭Council 会查处我？

感谢Lidage的回复，我的铁皮房不大就是个3M*2M，1.8M高左右的那种，在Bunnings买回来自己装的。买的时候咨询过另外一个邻居得到的答复是我小Shed不需要Council审批。所以我就自己搞了确实没有履行Council报备审批的流程，這是否意味着“不合法”？

我在这边住过好几个房子，  所有中国室友做的中国饭菜全是在房子里的厨房做， 去别人家吃饭也是，只有少数的房子内煤气火候不够或者没法装煤气的才装在外面.


如果影响到邻居那他们不满也是应该的.

依据现行的法律规定，所有住宅楼宇必须有固定的厨房和浴室等。
如果你在后院的铁皮屋内做饭，并安装了固定煤气灶和抽油烟机的话，在没有遵守council 的安全措施的规定下，擅自安装这种设施是违规的。一经发现，council便会出警告信，并要求你将此设施搬走。
为了你个人的安全，你也不应该在小铁皮屋内安装煤气灶和煤气罐等，用作做饭的用途。
