我想咨询关于房屋购买合同的问题。
买的镂花，首付已经交清，合同已经签，可是一直没有拿到交换后的合同的hardcopy。
只收到一份email，里面只有合同的首页和房地产商签字的末页的扫描件。
请问这样合理吗？
如果购买者没有拿到hardcopy是否会造成不良的后果。
整个事件已经有2个月之久。
