依据现行的南澳法律，如果你已经拿了L牌，意思是你已经接受Service SA 的驾驶规定。L牌必须有full license 陪同下才能驾驶。
换句话说，如果你拿了L牌，那么你的国际驾照便自动失效。

你好！
你可以直接去Service SA咨询，看是否可以取消你的L牌。但是除非你取消了L牌，否则你是不可以即用L牌又用国际驾照的。
