We are looking for a long term staff who is self-motivated, energetic, with the ability and drive to perform within a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Code and process account invoices;
- Answer customer account queries;
- Manage cold storage records;
- Process receipt payments and manage ageing debtors;
- Inventory management;
- Assist in preparing customer invoices;
- Provide administrative support;
- Assist the general running of the office.
Skills Required:
- Accounting Certificate or Diploma;
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite;
- One or more years experience in a similar Accounting role;
- Drivers Licence;
- Strong customer service focus;
- A natural positive and proactive personality with a willingness to learn;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills will be advantageous
