IF YES, Attach a written statement showingthe relationship of the person you have sponsored/nominated or assured and thedates of lodgement of sponsorships/nominations (including any currentsponsorship/nominations), MaintenanceGuarantees or Assurances. 这个要不要写我们现在抚养大女儿的情况？
