本人的房子九月初交割后想通过中介租出去。房屋中介答应给“3-month guarantee”就是没人租也给我三个月的房租
十一月开始已经有人租了，可是九月和十月的租金还没给

和中介填写了一个form6，支付时间是“monthly”


请问可以走法律途径吗？有没有滞纳金?我每次催他们就拖,发邮件也不回
