由于家里车库空闲，租给某人存放杂物，因为租金便宜，也没签署合同，之前对方租金支付及时，而到了最近，连续拖欠租金，人也联系不上，对于这种情况，本人要采取何种措施才能把这车库收回？里面的东西能随便处置吗？

你是没有与对方签署任何合同的，那意味着对方是以月租的形式与你租用该车房作为放置东西之用。
