配偶签催签后收到大使馆的回复

我圣诞节前催签了，然后收到了大使馆的邮件回复：
Thank you for your email.

Be informed that the decision on your application was made on 18/12/2013. Please allow 2 to 3 days to contact the Visa Application Centre for the collection of your passport and original documents.

但我查官网的状态是没有变的，  然后我是EMS寄件的，然后他们要求我去拿，有人碰到这样的事情么？是不是大使馆弄错了。  我在国内递签的。
