我两个人，每季度除去固定费用后水费才20刀，哈哈。省水的方法：缩短洗澡时间，多淋浴少泡澡，买frontload洗衣机,尽量一次多洗几件衣服，家里换成节水龙头/花洒/马桶，安装rainwater tank。
说实话，每季度450电费已经超过澳洲家庭的平均值--每天18度电了，而且华人相对来说用电比较省。省电方法：勤关灯，安装节能灯泡，装太阳能，使用智能插座，买节能电器（high energy star rating），insulation，更换节能玻璃窗等等等等。

绿色生活方式其实主要是一种生活习惯，养成了自然就省钱了，呵呵。

曾经也有过一个季度电费600多的经历。不过现在的房客都还挺不错的，没人的时候，公共区域的灯都是灭的。我也不用半夜再去关灯了。

包括服务费和污水处理等固定费用 388...不过我觉得还是多..我看有朋友家里住4个人 水电费 加起来 每季度才500不到啊..

印象中电费最多那个季度是$450. 现在一般维持在350左右.
