市中心的公寓雖然好租
但是不要忘記管理費
自己換算一下看看值不值得
我是認為city公寓指會越來越多
價錢上漲也是有限

每個人都說買東西方便 吃東西方便 交通方便
所以南區的房子特別的好賣
eight mile plain, sunnybank, sunnybank hills, macgregor, robertson
這幾區房子好賣

雖然買的房價比較高 但是相對的你賣的時後
也很多人比較有興趣買


city的公寓投資好 但是已後賣掉賺錢就要看運氣
要投資/賺錢 自己想看看

但是一年前我看city的公寓比现在价格要低不少哎 说明还是在涨 body corporate是头疼 但是也有人说city的房子以后会比较容易增值因为city的地就那么大 现在都利用的差不多了

我的情况没那么复杂 就是想把闲钱放在房子上而不是放银行里吃低利息 需求就是每周收的房租高于把钱放银行里的利息
