阿村餐饮现在好做吗？

今天在food court一家旁边观察了半天，中午高峰可以达到1份/分钟，假设$10/份的话，每天流水1000左右？抛掉房租水电一天100？原料200？人工200(一个厨师3个小姑娘)？难道一天能有50%的净利率？？！


多方渠道打听和观察，阿村餐饮不是非常好做，很多都在撑着。

中国人能省，也就在25%。
我是从来没见过30%的餐馆。估计我还不够格吧。。

谢谢这哥们的内部信息，餐饮这行业在国内差别很大，因为很多出名的大餐饮属于奢侈品牌，毛利率到100%也不稀罕。但大部分的小餐饮毛利能到7%，8%就不错了，尤其通胀厉害。
在澳洲好像没有什么特别大的餐饮，小的似乎利润率差别很小，其实25%如果毛利的话也很不错了。
