一个月后，就在那里举行个仪式，得找你的证婚人，还有他们的政府证婚人，然后，宣誓，交换戒指，就好了。对方人不在怎么结婚呢？国内的也必须2个人到位的吧

你去预约的时候，他们会告诉你的，我记得是要你自己带去的证婚人的，而且他们还得签字的。好久了，都忘记了呢

步骤是不是这样的：结婚双方带着护照一起去签字提交表格，预约仪式时间，然后到了仪式的时候，双方和自己的证婚人一起到场，仪式结束就发结婚证。
可是我看到官网上说仪式后发的不是官方结婚证，那官方结婚证还要另外申请吗？
