您好  移民局官网上面是这样说的189：[backcolor=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.898438)]This points-based visa is for skilled workers who are not sponsored by an employer, a state or territory, or a family member.

190：[backcolor=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.898438)]This points-based visa is for skilled workers who are nominated by a state or territory.




189：是没有雇主 州政府 或家庭成员提名的   用一个例子来说就是：
年龄加分  25岁-30岁      30分
两年 full time学习           5分
Bachelor或者master毕业  15分
Professional year         5分
Naati 翻译                     5分
这样就是60分了  类似这样的组合就属于189




190：有州政府提名的   例如
年龄  18-24岁              25分
两年full Time 学习         5分
Bachelor或者Master毕业  15分
Professional Year        5分
州政府提名                   5分
Naati 翻译                   5分
这种组合就属于 190啦
