事情是这样的, 我电话预约了一个外国清洁公司做退租清洁和pest control, 在电话里双方已经谈好了价格.
但是今天来了以后, 清洁工大概和公司说房子很脏, 公司打电话给我说要加钱(加$200), 我觉得加得太多了就没同意, 结果那个公司就说那他们就不打扫了, 但是之前扣去的钱也不会退还(他们是先从我卡里扣钱才来打扫的), 我没有办法只能再刷200刀给他们, 结果查刷卡记录的时候我发现他们之前扣我的钱就比说好的价钱多(之前说好480,但他们charge了我620), 加上今天这200, 一共收了我820刀, 比之前说好的价格足足贵了340刀. 我觉得这算是敲砸了, 现在想求助律师像这种情况我应该像哪里投诉?

另外, 今天的清洁owner并没有满意, pest control也是在下雨天做的(让他换一天都不肯).

我提议你带上所有资料，马上到Consumer and Business Services （地址位于91-97 Grenfell St, Adelaide SA 5000）直接向该部门投诉。
Consumer and Business Services会依据你的投诉资料，要求对方解释，如果对方没有合理的解释，Consumer and Business Services会向对方发出发单，并警告对方将来不可以重蹈覆辙。
