现在租了一间房子也与二房东签订了一份合约但在接受了许多各方面的资讯得知此合约
并没有现任租房的地址在上方而且二房东也没有在上方写上任何地址只有联络电话与信箱
但此合约上有签订一年的日期但他在合约上注明如果你迟交一天房租将被罚款并且让此合约完全无效
我想请问这点说法成立吗？那这份合约是否有效用？我们缴款并未迟交超过3天
我们已经付清所有款项包含11月的房租与share bill ,他利用恐吓与威胁的方式试着要把我们驱逐出去！
并请扬言说我们已经损坏他的房子！谁能教教我该怎么自保并且举证我们没有损坏他的房子><

通常是不行透过二房东租房
可以打去rta问是不是有把妳的押金上缴给rta
如没有他们是违法
还有她收的房租有没报税
