由于家里车库空闲，租给某人存放杂物，因为租金便宜，也没签署合同，之前对方租金支付及时，而到了最近，连续拖欠租金，人也联系不上，对于这种情况，本人要采取何种措施才能把这车库收回？里面的东西能随便处置吗？

你是没有与对方签署任何合同的，那意味着对方是以月租的形式与你租用该车房作为放置东西之用。

在这情况下，你必须向对方发出书面通告，并要求对方在14天之内搬离所有东西。如果对方14天之内仍没有回应，你必须将这些东西收拾好，放在安全的地方，日后他再跟你联络的时候，你有权跟对方追讨合理的保管费用。

在任何情况之下，你不可以将对方的东西搁置，这样是违法的。
