We have a spacious room available from the week of 16th May. We are looking for someone who’s willing to sign a lease for 6 months. The bond is $475, and the rent is $125 per week, plus shared bills for the electricity and internet.
The room partly furnished with a well-functioning air conditioner, a study desk and a few wall shelves in the study area. You will need your own bed.
The room is located at the front of the house, with a beautiful French door through to the balcony and front garden. And there’s a quite study room inside the bedroom, but you can also turn it into a wardrobe.
You will be living in a lovely house with 3 other housemates, and you will be sharing the bathroom with two of them. Everyone in the house is tidy, respectful and easy going. You will have your private room and space, but you are always welcome to have a nice cup of tea and some laughs in the kitchen.
The house is located in Southport. Walking distance from the tram station, and very close to Griffith Uni and Southport central. We have two car-pots and heaps of road side parking. Garage is for storage, not for car.
