It is a double bedroom for a female student.

In the room, there are one double bed, study desk, bookcase, chair and wardrobe.

There is a good-size window facing the backyard.

All furniture in the room is new except a chair. :)

$135 a week and 2 weeks bond required.

Kitchen liquid, washing powder, Onions are provided for free.

$135 includes electricity, gas, internet and water.
