Dutton Park 现有一间单人间出租。房内设有宽敞衣柜，双人床，空调。
房子有超高速Telstra光纤网络，厨房配备洗碗机等一应俱全。独享bathroom。

诚招一名友善，讲究卫生，作息规律并按时缴费的房客。租期为3至6个月。单人价格为$200/周, including bills，如需使用空调，则加收$15/周。

交通方面，5分钟可以走到各路公车站，10分钟到boggo Rd/ Park rd station有很多公车和火车经过, 15分钟走路到UQ，非常方便。

每周末boggo rd 还有weekend market可以供购物。家里有车，一同出行时可以搭便车。若是有车人士，路边也可以停车。
