完全独立空间全部都是你一个人用

不会像share house听到有人在楼上木地板走来走去

屋内含浴厕厨房门前小庭院附桌椅

阳台有自己的晒衣挂架和遮雨棚

下雨不用急着出去收衣服

小门廊房东之后会改建成BBQ area

冰箱冷气都是新的

电磁炉微波炉锅碗瓢盆一应俱全

位置佳环境单纯

近UQ 尤其如果在TRI or PACE上学十分便利

近Buranda shopping centre (有Woolworths,Target, commonwealth bank,日本超市和众多餐馆)

另外街尾转角就是麦当劳

15秒到公车站 (但是完全不会听到公交车吵杂的声音)

6分钟到火车站Dutton Park

房租一人260/week 二人280/week (水电网冷气全包)

地址 7 PalmerstonStreet Annerley 4103 QLD

2016年1月23日起租(直接和房东签约,最低约期为1年,四周押金)
