想讓City成為你的後花園嗎？輕鬆步行就可以到達購物中心與ＵＱ跟ＱＵＴ校區？下班放學後直接走去吃飯，回程順便在Coles，Woolworth 買個菜帶回家？不會開車，只能乘公車？能滿足你所有需求的房子終於出現了！
