I have rented a 2 bedroom, 1bathroom unit in St Lucia, super handy, only 10 mins walking to University of Queensland and 15 mins to the center(UQ Union) 3 min walking to 402.412 bus stops(in front of Nandos), which could take you to Toowong in 5 mins and City in 15 mins.
There is an Asian couple (one graduate student, one working) staying in 1 room.
I am looking for another person to take the other single room.
We are furnished the house with all furniture.
Your room rent will be $130 per day.(including the bills) This single room has a single bed, chair, wardrobe, table lamp, and study table.
